Alternator impossible to remove from 2011 3.5

I have been working for several hours already to remove the alternator from my 2011 Santa Fe with 3.5L, Front WD, A/C. I have the alternator removed from the mounting points, but I cannot get it out of the engine compartment.
I have removed wiring harnesses, sensors, engine cover and various other items, as well as freeing up the fan shroud a bit, but I still cannot wrestle the alternator out of the vehicle. It seems as if the fan shroud is still in the way. I have the shroud removed from it's brackets, but again, I cannot remove the shroud from the engine compartment or move it to the side far enough to provide clearance for the alternator. If the shroud is out, I still fear that I may not be able to get the alternator out.
I considered, briefly, moving the A/C compressor from below, but I don't want to damage any of the piping by moving it. I am still not sure if I would be able to get it out through the wheel well if it were out of the way anyway.
Anyone who replies, thank you. Please give detailed advice if you've done this job on this model vehicle. I've seen videos on other model years and the job is much simpler and things are not so hard to access. There is one outstanding video of a pro mechanic doing this exact job on the 2012 model, and he seems to have an easier time getting the radiator fan shroud moved to the side (which is not in the video). The overall job was still a struggle for him and he seems to be a knowledgable mechanic.

Thanks. I have my doubts that will work. I seriously considered that method. There's not much room to move the A/C compressor without disconnecting it from the hoses, which I really don't want to do. It would have to really move a lot to get it out of the way enough to clear a space for the alternator. It's so close to getting it out from above.

Maybe someone has comments on how to remove the fan shroud without taking the entire front of the vehicle off?

Thank you for the video links. The 1st one is the one I was referring to in my original post. He gets the alternator out through the top. I am to that point now, with the radiator drained and the top hose removed. I just can't get the clearance by the fan shroud at the bottom.
In the video, he leaves out the filming of how he got the shroud moved to the side. I can't see any way to get that shroud out of the engine compartment without taking the front of the vehicle off. He is working on a 2012 and mine is a 2011. The main plastic frame part that hold the top of the front end together is just too low and wide to allow for any movement. When I move it toward the engine, it hits the exhaust manifold. I have removed the sensors. When I move it to the side towards the battery, it hits on the frame.
Since the 2nd video also gets at the alternator by removing the compressor and other things, I may consider that method. But I am so close to having it out the same as the 1st video, through the top.

So, now I am looking for advice on getting the fan shroud out.
Thank you!
